Family Law
With extensive experience in family law, I’ve appeared as counsel in numerous trials in the Family Court of Western AustraliA having handled parenting and property proceedings. While it is the case that litigation may be sometimes necessary, I do prioritize trying to settle by way of negotiation, resolving the majority of cases in a way that prioritize My client’s interests and outcome.
Criminal Law
With extensive experience in criminal law, I have appeared as counsel in a multitude of cases, ranging from large-scale drug offenses to sexual offenses, financial crimes, and cases involving fatalities. My courtroom expertise extends to handling jury trials across diverse legal landscapes, showcasing versatility and proficiency in navigating complex legal scenarios.
Civil Law
I possess experience in civil law, having represented clients in cases involving property damage caused by the acts of their neighbors, defending government and fisheries matters, helping in debt recovery, and disputes regarding contracts. My adept handling of diverse civil matters reflects my commitment to delivering a comprehensive service and achieving great outcomes for my clients.
