Private Fees

If you are not eligible for a grant of legal aid, I will ask you to enter into a costs agreement with me. This costs agreement sets out the work that i will do for you and the costs for doing the work. Where i can, i will provide a “capped fee” costs agreement. This means that while i record my work on a “time-unit” arrangement, your fees will not exceed the cap, helping budget your legal costs as the cap is the most you would be liable to pay.
